All products offered by Habits Collegiate are custom-made and often subject to collegiate or Greek licensing royalties. By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including sizes, colors, designs, and shipping address) is accurate.
Please triple-check your order details before submitting, as changes may not be possible once production begins.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to orders that appear fraudulent, violate these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled due to inventory, pricing errors, or licensing restrictions.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted.
You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship your order to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are custom-made under collegiate or Greek licensing, most products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

9. Licensed Products Disclaimer
Products offered by Habits Collegiate may bear the trademarks, logos, names, colors, or other indicia of colleges, universities, sororities, fraternities, or other licensors (collectively, "Licensors"). All such products are produced under official license from the applicable Licensors.
The Licensors are not parties to your transaction with Habits Collegiate, are not sellers of the products, and are not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, customer service, or any other aspect of your purchase. Any claims, questions, or disputes regarding products purchased through the Website should be directed to Habits Collegiate, not to the Licensors.
The Habits Collegiate Ambassador Program is operated solely by Habits365Greek LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by any university, college, sorority, fraternity, or other Licensor.
10. User-Generated Content
If you submit, post, tag, or otherwise share content with us through the Website, social media, or our Ambassador Program (including photos, videos, reviews, captions, and other materials), you grant Habits Collegiate a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display that content across our marketing channels, advertising, and brand communications, with attribution where appropriate.
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to any content you submit, that the content does not infringe on the rights of any third party, and that you have obtained all necessary permissions from any individuals depicted in the content.
11. Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes, discount codes, and ambassador codes are subject to the terms specified at the time of issuance. Codes:
- May not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
- Have no cash value
- May be modified, cancelled, or expired at our discretion
- May not be sold, transferred, or used for fraudulent purposes
Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
